Legal Question in Consumer Law in Indiana
car dealership mishap
I bought a 2002 Jeep Liberty 7mos ago and found that it needs 1,000.00 in repairs. Can I take it back to dealership and have a ''trade in'' for something better or to another dealership?

Re: car dealership mishap
You are asking more of a business question than a legal one. Legally, you can do what you want so long as you pay off the vehicle on resale.
