Legal Question in Consumer Law in Indiana
I was at a car lot getting ready to test drive motorcycle and when I started it the bike was in gear. It went forward and fell over causing some damage. Am I responsible to pay the damage. No policy was posted and nothing was signed or even discussed. The owner wants me to buy the bike or pay for repair.
