Legal Question in Consumer Law in Indiana

health insurance premiums wrongfully taken from social security check

I began receiving social security disability in Feb. 2006. I began receiving humana prescription plan in April 2006. I becamed covered under my husbands plan in June 2006. I dropped my medicare and tried to drop my humana. They all told me that I qualified for special circumstances to disenroll anytime but could not get them to finally disenroll me until 1-31-07. I am due all the premiums from 6-1-06 until the last premium payment made on 1-2-07 from my social security check. I cannot get them to refund me all of the premiiums. I keep being told that they are still investigating my claims. I sent them proof of private insurance coverage and a retro disenrollment request letter on 12-10-06. This is what they told me to do and yet I sit here on 1-30-07 still waiting for a final decision. I am owed over $600 for premiums that they have taken. What can I do to make them speed up and make a decision? I have a mental condition and this is causing undue stress on my personal life. I only used the insurance for 2 months and they act like they are still investigating my case after a month and a half. There is not that much information to look at.
