Legal Question in Consumer Law in Indiana
After multiple request over two years my bank still will not give me basic information concerning my commercial loan, are they in violation of any specific laws. ie. I have received no statements over this time period, no schedule of payments and the amount those payments should be, what my current interest is and a request for a reconciling of my account after a large payment against the loan was made two years ago.
