Legal Question in Consumer Law in Indiana
I paid a local company, which I had previously done business with successfully, $450 to build a website for a non-profit organization I am President of. I made my payment on January 10, 2011. Since payment has been made very litte work has been done on my website. Emails are not replied to and the phone goes straight into voice mail with no return calls. I have made 4 unsuccessful trips to their office only to find the door locked. I have contacted the BBB and once they found out contact was beginning to be made with me again. However, it stops after a couple days. Do I have any legal measures to get my $450 refunded or is it lost for good?
