Legal Question in Consumer Law in Indiana
personal injury judgement
My minor child was injured in a atv accident owned by another person law suite pending. I am her leagal guardian her only living parent. If we receive a judgement is there a law that says we cant use some of the $ to buy us a house to live in of our own????
