Legal Question in Consumer Law in Indiana
Can a retail store make up their own return policy? I bought something two days ago and I went to return it with sales receipt and tags still connected and they would only give me a store credit. I am furious and will never shop there again.

Yes, they can establish their own return policy. In fact, they could have a no return policy.
