Legal Question in Consumer Law in Indiana
Sex misconduct towards a minor
Dell Computers call center called my home due a late payment. An Eastern speaking male ask if I was home...I said no...he ask if I were the babysitter and I said sure....he then ask me if I wanted to have Phone Sex with him....I have spent 3 days trying to find out who placed the call...I have spoke with one Eastern speaking person after another....the record is there of the call being placed...and I spoke with someone that identified themselves as a supervisor, he was to check on it and call me back. No call...so when I called I was informed no such person worked there. I want to pursue this....how can someone call my home and ask such a thing???? As far as he was concerned I was a young child.....Can you help???
