Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

5th 3rd Bank continues to have a collection agency harrass me day and night saying I'm in default and owe even though I've set up a repayment plan. This has been going on for several months now. Can I sue for harrassment?

Google FDCPA and you can see all your rights listed there. The other thing you can do is send them a letter notifying them to contact you by mail only. You will need to send it registered mail. If you have other debt issues, you may want to consider debt settlement and or bankruptcy if you have substantial debt. Our office can assist you with that should you require assistance.
