Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana
My 80 year old mother got this in the mail and I don't understand it.Plaintiff appears by counsel , and defendant fails to appear . On motion of the plaintiff proceeding is dismissed . tm . My mother is the defendant.

It sounds as if the case was dropped. But you should take the papers to an attorney to find out what was going on and why.
