i was arrested last thurs. for contempt of court, didn't know anything about it come to find out my bond was 820.74 my husband paid i got out they told me to go to court tues to answer the judge i went they said i didn't have to be there. they got my case number and come to find out that bill was for 1997 i filed bankruptcy in 2003 it is in the bankruptcy. do i have a case
