Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

I cancelled my wireless phone service and have to pay a contract termination fee. i have been making monthly payments to at&t on the bill. they recently cut off my computer access to my account and i received a letter last week that i was turned over to collection agency. are they allowed to do that if they have been accepting my payments?

You need to read all of the agreements that you have signed with AT&T. Chances are that you gave them the right to do so.
