Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana
If you have a car loan and due to physical problems do not drive any more and would like to have Chrysler just "take the car back" what is entailed and what legal consequences are possible?

Tehy may or may not "take it back". If they do, the vehicle will be sold. If thje amount of the proceeds is less than what is owed, you are legally repsonsible for the difference.
