Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

car repo

My ex had a car repo'd 2yrs ago or so. Said she's being sued by the dealer and has been to court for it. She say's she is behind in the payment schedule that the court has set up. Could she be jailed for that? Or is she just trying to milk me out of some money. I did'nt think you could be jailed for your debt?

No jail for debt in Indiana. That is one of our rights as citizens of Indiana.
