Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana
civil court judgement
I agreed to 100.00/month payments and unable to do so. the creditor has void the agreement and filed a pro supp. If I make regular payments to the clerk of court, must the creditor accept the pymts or can they insist on higher amt?

No, the attorney is not required to take your payments.
