Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

I closed a bank account in dec 2014. in jan 2015 i get a statement saying i owe for overdrafts, the bank fixed it and closed it again. i get a statement in feb 2015 saying i owe money again for overdrafts. i called the bank fixed it again, then in march 2015 i get a letter saying that they are gonna sue me if i dont pay the overdarfts. i talked to the bank again they said i owe them the money, i didnt pay them, then yesterday i get another statement that shows that 2 checks went thru, we got to court on thurs. what can i do ?
