Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana
If a collection agency sends out a bill with a zero balance would it be considered a balance of zero after a year and a half of no contact from the company. Then they send to attorney to collect a balance they said they made a mistake and you actually owe 2000.00 dollars after a year and a half?
