Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

I have to go to court over an auto judgment from back in 2003. I am in Indiana. I was wondering if there was any kind of limitation statute on debt collection if there has been no contact by either party since 2003.

Generally a judgment is good for 10 years. But it can be renewed. Contract has no effect.
