I have several civil judgement on experian credit report does not appear on the other two reporting agency / i have written to these alleged creditors requesting validation of this debt with my signature on the credit card aplication they claim its my debt but they wont produce what i requested one sent me a billing state ment with my name as a secondanry holder but no signature on a credit card application. Help , George

You need to contact an attorney who handles Fair Credit Reporting Act cases because there are details left out of your message that do make a difference.

Otherwise, and quite generally, it is unclear whether you have suffered any injury by having credit denied you because of these false reports.
