Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

Creditors and parents

I have a significant (20k) credit debt. I am 32 years old. My parents are going to claim me as a dependent on their next tax return, but are concerned about my creditors being able to come after them if they do so. Is this something they should be concerned about? Thanks.
