Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

I had a default judgement placed against me while I was on active duty. I was completely unaware of the judgement until after I was discharged from the Navy. I understand that I will not be able to reopen the case because I have been a civilian for greater than 90 days, but From my understanding, an affidavit was supposed to have been filed showing that I was not in the military. Is there any action I can take since proper procedure was not followed?

There may be, but it would be very difficult for you to do it yourself. Retain counsel to pursue this for you.
