Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana
finance fell through on a new car
My girlfriend and I traded in our cars for a new one. She's not on the financing or title for the new car. She backed out on her trade in and had not signed any paperwork. Can I back out as well because part of my financing fell through?

You need to see what the dealer will do. It is a bit unclear if you have signed a contract or not. If nothing is signed, then you can get out.
