what are the laws against bill collectors calling me all hours at home and calling my job more than once a day. Is it legal when I have tried to make arrangements already to pay the debt. what are the section numbers and so on in reference to this law. Thank you

Creditors can call you at home between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm and can also call you at work unless you ask them not to IN WRITING-search the web for a copy of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
