i am one of many homeowners in fear of losing my home .my lender is ocwen llc who is based in florida.i have sent them a registered letter months ago asking them to produce the original note of my mortgage and they failed to do so and i haven't heard from them for quite some time now but they keep sending the monthly bill.i would like to talk to an attorney well versed in the "produce the note" strategy" and possibly represent me.i am still in the house now.please direct me to someone you think might help if you cannot.thankyou...R.W.....south bend indina.
