hospital bill
i owe $2000. for a hospital bill. i can only pay $20 a month. this was refused. they said they would turn me over to a collection agency. what are my legal rights.

Re: hospital bill
The hospital does not have to accept your payments. If your income is exempt (such as Social Security or you take home less than 30 times the federal minimum) then you cannot be garnished. Otherwise, they can garnish you or you can file bankruptcy.
