Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

My husband has co-signed for his 22 year old daughter for several things...auto, Chase Student Loan, etc. and also she is charging on his personal Visa (with his knowledge). She is not paying on any of these loans and has no intention of doing so. My name is not on any of these loans, or his Visa card, so as his wife, if something should happend to him am I responsible for these debts?

If you are not on the card and do not use the card, you should be o.k.
