I have a judgment in small claims court that I won. I am looking at was to collect the money and add interest to my judgment. How should I go about this?

You need to proceed with a garnishment or attachment of the debtor's assets. This is a little more complicated than getting a judgment. It's best to have an attorney do this for you.
