Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

I have this lady that is buying a vehicle off me. She has not paid me anything on it since Feburary. I have a paper that me & her both signed saying that she still owed me so much for it, the paper is signed & dated by both of us...What can I do since it has been going on 4 months since she has paid me anything?

Your rights and remedies would be dictated by a contract if you wrote one up for the sale. Otherwise-you have to take her to court and get a judgment for the balance owed and an order of repossession. Best to have a lawyer do that for you.
