Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

medical bills

What can happen if you can't make minimum payments as directed by each provider and can only pay $10 per month to each? We have multiple medical bills to hospitals and doctors from an accident and insurance has refused to pay. Bills are from Kentucky and we reside in Indiana.

They could file suit or report the debt to a credit bureau or both.
