Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

Is there a minimum amount you can legally pay on medical bills. I have been making monthly payments as agreed on with the hospital and then an arbitration and keep receiving harassing phone calls saying I am not making payments although I have repeatedly shown proof that payments have been made monthly and that the checks have been cashed. I am being told not only do they not show payments but that there has been no proof shown when the checks they cashed where included in all the proof sent. I have sent proof over four times.

There is no minimum amount. But if you signed an agreement, the amount contained in the agreement should be valid. If there is a problem with your payments being properly credited, you need to go to the hospital in person and straighten this out or else retain the services of an attorney to do so for you.
