Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

If a motorcycle is repossessed and 3-4 yrs later the finance company wants the full amount after it was a write off an I wasn't able to pay and the co signer can't pay what is the legal repercussions?

You are entitled to a credit for the amount that the finance company got for the motorcycle. However, you owe principal, accumulated interest, penalties, and possibly attorney fees. So, you may have a problem.
