Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

we operate a sml business of 4 employees in the state of Indiana.We only do business in Indiana. We received a request and writ for garnishment for one of our employees from the state of Michigan. This employee does live in Michigan, but works in Indiana. Since this is not issued in our State, are we legally obligated to follow through with wage garnishment?

Under those circumstances, you are not under the jurisdiction of the state of Michigan and you are not bound by an order from Michigan.
