oral surgery

went to a oral surgery too have a

tooth taking out . The Doctor broke

the tooth off and still in my mouth .

now he is taking me to court what

can i do about this ?

Need more facts. Might be you have a counter suit. Clearly, you need to see a local attorney ASAP because if you don't the dentist may get a judgement against you, especially if you don't file an answer or don't show in court.
