Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana
I had paid a credit counselor a monthly fee to pay off debts years ago when I got into trouble. Today I got a bill in the mail from a credit collection company who is trying to get me to pay them a bill from March of 2004!!! This was paid off with the credit counseling company but I have no prooof of that sinc eit was so long ago. Can they still try to get this from me again??

Possibly. Why dont you contact the credit counseling company?
