cant pay bills
i have 3 credit card bills totaling about $5,000.00 that i can longer pay. i am on a fixed income and cant even afford all my medications. these cards are in my name only. what can i do i cant pay for a bankruptcy either. please advise.

If you are on fixed income, own no real estate and keep only your fixed income money in your bank account, then you are what is called "judgment proof." This means that you can be sued, but your creditors can take no action against you because you have no property (real or otherwise) that they can take. If you have nothing to lose, then do nothing and just accpet the law suits that come in.
