Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

I am currently trying to pay off a judgment against me. I have paid an agreed amount for almost two years and now the lawyers have filed a garnishment order. Can they do this?

Not if you made all payments as agreed and they agreed to not garnish as long as you made them.
