Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

payment of bill

The lawyer group that sued me for a bill is now being sued by another attorney group. Reason being that they had added interest charges and court costs to their billing. I had a satisfied judgement from the original lawyer group, but was told it wasn't valid. My question: Am I obligated to keep submitting my monthly payment for the bill when I am in line to receive money back if this settlement goes through?

I got to admit that I have no idea of why you owe this money which means your question is way too complicated for this forum.

If a judgment was satisfied, then that should be the end.

You need to sit down with a lawyer and all the documents filed with the court and the Chronological Case Summary.
