Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana
privacy law violations
We have a vehicle that is about to be repossessed. The towtruck/repo man has shared information on our personal situation with others. We can prove it. First, is the lender violating our rights to privacy by disclosing such details of our loan? Second, is the towtruck/repo man violating our privacy by spreading FACTs on our situation to others?

There are a few things you can do about this.
You need to first file a formal complaint.
Please call our office and we can assist you with both situations...the complaint and saving your vehicle.
