Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

privacy law violations

We have a vehicle that is about to be repossessed. The towtruck/repo man has shared information on our personal situation with others. We can prove it. First, is the lender violating our rights to privacy by disclosing such details of our loan? Second, is the towtruck/repo man violating our privacy by spreading FACTs on our situation to others?
