We purchased a 2002 mini van the total price was over 10 thousand we have already paid for15 months and we still have a year to go I lost my job and my husband makes 2.24 am hour less than a year ago the bluebook was at 1700.00 they said they would resale and garnish my husband's check we have no money

You probably do have a problem because you're in debt to the seller regardless of the value of the van. Perhaps you should meet with the seller and try to work out a plan. Otherwise, you should consult with a debtors' rights attorney for your options.
