Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

I put 350.oo in the p nc bank, and i spent it all except, i believe 25.oo, and i went to close it out and they said that i owe than money from this incident and i dont , it was my money and they put it on a debit card...i could not close acct. out and now it is in the collection dept , emperian i believe...now if i put my money on the card...why do i have to pay then back my own money....help.......help.. this is free for asking a question, help

You'll have to look at the paperwork that you signed when you opened this account. If you owed fees and charges, as part of your agreement, and if they exceeded the $25 remaining, you owe the charges. Make arrangements to settle before you incur more charges and attorney fees.
