I received a summons regarding a credit card debt. I have been enrolled in a credit card debt relief program which will pay off all of my credit card debt in 4 years. How do I answer the summons I have received?

Take it in to the debt relief program immediately and see if there is anything that they can do for you. If they can't, you should retain an attorney. Act quickly!
