Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana
I recently bought a car with payments from a buy here pay here lot. I traded in my car wich was paid for and also put a deposit of $500 down. I lost my job a month later and now they are saying they want to repossess my car because the underwriter is not approving the loan. I have never been late with payments and still have money set aside to pay for my future payments. They also say they wont return any of my money or my car I traded in even though I have NEVER been late on my two payments. Is this legal?
