just recueved a summons

I just received a summons for a credit card debt. is my husband responsible for my debt? the house and bank accounts are not in my name and i dont have a job right now. whats the worse thing that can happen to me?

If you are the only person being sued, then you are the only person who can be made to pay the the judgment. Worse thing? A judgment that will sit and wiat for you to get a job or assets.
