Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

Who's Responsable

I took my vehicle in for repairs which I purchased their. They gave me a loaner to drive I did not sign any forms. A tree limb fell on it. I pointed it out to them and they told me not to worry about they would take care of it. They sent me a bill a month later. Am I responable??

Re: Who's Responsable

You are not responsible for falling tree limbs (unless you did something to make them fall.) Send a letter to the company telling them the facts you recited in your query. Tell them you did not cause the damage, and you will not pay for it.
