My son has been sued for hitting a utility pole that he hit when he was 16. They are trying to garnish his wages. His Dad and I filed bankruptcy on the debt. What are our options?

Turn this over to your insurance agent from the time that the accident occurred. Also, you should retain the services of an attorney to see what your rights are. Your bankruptcy may not have discharged your son't debt.
