stop phone calls
How do I stop the phone calls that come in daily 3, 4 times daily? Payment has been set up for monies to be withdrawn on a certain of the month, which is after the specified due date. But it is paid within the month.

Not information to give you the best answer. If the calls are coming from the same collection to which you are marking payments, then no idea of why they are calling. No idea if you have the address for the collection agency. I suggest that you do one of two things: talk to collector's supervisor at the next call and ask why calls are being made, or send a letter (via certified mail) saying that you want no further telephone calls from that company.
