Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana
I'm being sued, with a threat of wage garnishment. I don't know what my rights are, and can't afford to be garnished. If I reach out to the company to make an arrangement, does the court date stand? Do they have to accept payment even if it's not the full amount?

You have very few rights. You can reach out and try to make a payment plan, but they don't have to accept partial payment. The court date still stands unless the court gives you a continuance. Don't delay.
