Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

wage garnishee

I have recieved a notice stating that i am going to have my wages garnished. I have contacted the creditor and tried to set up payment options but they were unreasonable in what they said i would have to pay monthly. Is there anything i can do to stop this?
