wage garnishments

Recently had my wages garnished. Will another creditor be able to garnish my wages too? Can they also garnish my tax refunds this year? I only make about $200 a week.

Since you do not have enough exempt income, it will be one garnishment at a time. They may be able to attach your tax return when you receive it but not before. You might want to consider consulting a bankruptcy attorney.
