Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

Me and wife and kids were on vacation and used our debit card to get gas, in Indianapolis, we paid at the pump. We believe the cashier inside got our number that way. 1 day later I noticed a $1 charge to Rite Aid and I checked our checkbook and we haven't been to a Rite Aid in 3 weeks. A couple of hours layer i looked at it again to try and figure out where it came from and noticed 3 charges for $60, $63, $66 , all in a Meijers in Ft Wayne IN. we were in Wisconsin, never got close to Ft Wayne. So I called my banks 24/7 number and cancelled my card. Besides letting the bank handle their part should I persue Meijers for anything since they let 3 fraudulant charges go through without a card or checking ID with the purchases? Also the headache and stress it put on me and my family during our vacation? Thank you
